If the herb is recommended (by my supplier) to be used as a tea then the guidance is that he herb is to be left to seep in hot water for 5-15mins before straining and consuming.

Many contain natural high medicinal properties, which may be toxic to pets, small children and women who are nursing or pregnant.

Always store your herbs in a cool dry place when not in use.
